Took my niece to K nails to get her nails painted for dance that night. They told me they were to busy and to come back after dance. Brought her to Tom and Amy's and they got her in right away. Was very great with her and kept her engaged in conversation. I won't be taking her anywhere else from now on! Keep up the great work Tom and Amy's crew! Thanks so much for getting her in on short notice!

Overall good experience. Very nice young lady did my pedicure. Pedicure chairs were great! The only suggestion, would be to pick up the place a bit. It seemed a little disjointed- but overall service was good. I will go back again.

One star is too many stars for this establishment. I spent a lot of money to get my daughter a no chip manicure. Within 24 hours, it chipped... in fact 2 fingers chipped. Unfortunately, because of holiday weekend, they were closed Sunday and Monday. We are out of towners, but they will do NOTHING to rectify the problem... not even repainted her nails the next time we go to South Haven. I STRONGLY recommend you go elsewhere if you are going to give a nail salon your business. It's very expensive anyways and to have it chip the very next day, never again! And here I paid for 3 mani/pedis....
