I love this place. The price is right and they are very friendly and easy to talk or explain ideas too. My nails always look good.

Never going here again. Made an appoint at 3 didn’t even get helped till 4 she cut my skin. Didn’t even take all the color off my nail before applying acrylic. After, I said forget putting color because at that point I didn’t even have time too. My friend got the same thing plus color PLUS had nails on before so they had to take them off first and she tried to charge me even more then her. Horrible place.

This Salon used to be a great place. I have been going there for over 10 years. However the new owner seems to not care about her customers at all.
All the girls chat more in Vietnamese making the customers feel left out of what they are chatting about. They also Giggle and never share the humor with their clients. The owner also received a personal shipment from Avon, and was admiring her purchase and talking and Vietnamese to the other girls while I was getting my manicure. It was extremely rude and excluding the customers from being interested in what was going on.
The worst of it was that the last time I went in they have lost so many good manicurists there are only a couple left. The one girl who did my nails filed down my natural nail beds with a motorized Dremel. Since then my nails have been cracking and breaking off. I typically don't like to say things disparaging about a business cuz I know someone can just have a bad day or perhaps an employee is ready to find another career. But the service and this place has consistently gone downhill.

My mom and I have been coming to this nail salon for years. The girls are wonderful and they do such a quality job on nails, however they recently got a new owner who is awful! She has done my nails twice and they looked horrible. She was careless and honestly my nails looked like they had been painted by a 5 year old! Please if you read these comments classy nails, fire that new owner! She Is so horrible and will hurt your business! Pam was the old owner and was absolutely amazing!
We will continue to come, but will request not to ever have the owner do my nails. Only the other girls who always do such a great job!

I do not like the new owner at all. The service is terrible and the solar nails bad product , terrible application. I truly miss Pam and if anyone knows where she is please let me know!
