Piper was friendly and helpful, she did my nails exactly how I want them. She is very professional and passionate. I would recommend her to anyone!

I've been to every salon in Kona. This is by far the best place to go. Piper is amazing taking care of my nails. The best pedicure chairs can be found in this salon. Ask for extra time for massage, you will not regret it. This place is the cleanest salon I have ever been in. Most are so dirty I can't stand it, but this place really surprised me. Experienced nail technician, very creative with designs.

Arrived 10 minutes before 1pm appointment and shop closed. Texted and waited 25 minutes. No reply. Property manager saw me waiting and also texted her. Told me she had not been in all day. Finally got a text at 2:30 requesting a reschedule. Next day at 10am. Arrive five minutes early, shop closed and she shows up at 10:20!
Both chair water heaters broken. Cold water to soak in. Explanation: "Only cold for a moment. You will get used to it"!
Tried to pay w card but her tablet wasn't charged. Asked for cash.
If she would texted and cancelled, if she was on time and if she told me there was no warm water soak I might be a little more understanding .
Everybody has had car trouble but no excuse for treating customers like this.
Sorry to post a bad review but was very unhappy with the level of service you gave me!
Note to your reply: I was there at 10:15 this morning to pay you IN CASH! It takes me 20 minutes to get to your shop. This was the third time I had to go there. (40 minutes driving time wasted). Could have been avoided if you had charged your tablet or I could have mailed you a check. Did not feel comfortable giving credit card info over the phone.
Never once apologized for your no show, broken equipment and late for appointment, just PAY ME! Really?

Fantastic place to get a manicure or pedicure. Great experience on a hot balmy day. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting, oh and nice and cool inside. Mahalo piper, see you in soon.

I called every salon and no one had space. I left a message before Piper opened, and she got right back to me. I love my nails.
