I honestly shouldn’t have tipped at all, but I did anyway, but I won’t be back. The woman who did my mani/pedi was playing casino games on her phone and making phone calls during. She made my big toe bleed and I even let out an audible “ouch!”, it’s still tender a few days later. The spa looks dirty and not put together. I had my mani/pedi done Friday and it’s sunday and my nail polish is already coming off. She was incredibly rude and seemed annoyed to be doing her job. There are so many spas and salons in the area equivalent priced or even less expensive that do a far better job, don’t waste your time here.

Helen was a gem. However the worst pedicure I have ever had by Paula. And I noticed this morning, they overcharged me $5.80.

Worst place EVER! The Lady was super in a hurry and rough. She hurt me. Stabed me with the stick to push the cutical back on the bottom of my foot. The most expensive pedicure and it took like 10 minutes.

I will always come back to this nail salon. They do such a great job! Everyone that works there is so kind.
