It's a very unprofessional place! I can't believe that someone who knows how to do nails can't simply do you a simple glitter nail just because they want to say no. I honestly got into an argument with the girl i asked to speak with the owner ,apparently it was her mother so nothing was done about it. So she kept screaming she didn't need my service to go somewhere else having such a bad attitude her mother the owner standing next to her wouldn't say anything to her so she kept saying stuff. I told her no wonder she feels free to do whatever and treat anyone how she wants since her mother won't do anything about it. Surely am i not ever going there. You can't go to a place and not get treated right just by being the owners daughter.

Denese is in my opinion their best nail tech. I will never stop coming here. I love it! They're so nice, they're prices are fair compared to the amazing work they do

Good work and nice selection of colors. What turned me off about this place was the liberal use of the word "dyke"... If it wasn't for the hateful speech I'd go back.

I never do this! I want this to be noted but this place deserves it. Yesterday me and my mother walked in to get 2 sets of full nails and correct me if I am wrong but every full set is between $35 to $50 any other nail salon would of been thrilled to get clients especially when there is only one other woman getting her nails done and there are about 2 or 3 nail technicians available in the back that are walking up to you near the counter who you can see that are clearly disgusted and/or upset about having to do their job. They turned us away because they had an appointment in 10 minutes I asked the nail tech if they really would turn paying customers away she looked up and said yes. I am extremely upset because they didnt even try to accommodate they flat out refused us service. I understand that appointments are priority but when you have the staff why not? Or they could do what everyone else that works with customers does when they are unable to meet expectations for example I AM SORRY WE DONT TAKE WALKINS or another great example WE ARE SORRY BUT WE HAVE AN APPOINTMENT in 10 MINUTES BUT YOU ARE ALSO WELCOMED TO WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT TECH IS AVAILABLE for godsakes every nail salon I have ever been apologizes if they cant accommodate immediately and ask you to take a seat offer you water or something else in order not to lose a customer and they absolutely wouldn’t turn you away. What bothers me the most is the way they expressed their obvious disgust and their attitude as if they were better than us. Please if the owner ever reads this comment remind your staff /nail techs/ ignorant employees about basic human decency and manners and of course basic customer service. Thank you

I come here all the time now and they always do exactly what I want and are so friendly :)
