I’m new to the area and this is my third time going to this locAtion. The first time I went I waited 30 minutes before I was told they had appointments and I needed to come back. I arrived at 9am. Today I arrived at 9:15 and I was told that they couldn’t do my nails because they had appointments the crazy thing is only one person was being serviced at the time and everyone else was free doing nothing. I feel as if we all have waited before to get our nails, hair and everything else done. It was very disappointing. The young lady who I was asking why they couldn’t do my nails now while no one was there just walked off and shrugged her shoulders and ended the conversation. I’m a very fair person and I hate being mistreated at any ones business. I admire their appointments and but if there is no one in the building and you are free to work I feel as if you should take care of your walk in customer. You can always greet your customer who had the appointment and say I will be right with you. The appointment was 15/20 minutes from the time I waked in. But hey!

Just left and the customer service is horrible. I never came here before and all I wanted was two nails covered in rhinestones and they lied saying they don’t have a certain color. I told them the color didn’t matter as long as it was rhinestones and the ladies were very rude and said they don’t do that here. Mind you the displays they have in the store had rhinestones. I'm not hard to please and just wanted 1 simple thing.

I live nearby, which is great because when it comes to nails this is the best. Moon does my dip! Her sets are always beautiful and last 2+ weeks.
There are times I've had to use other places before and the dip powder cracks or breaks and it's unacceptable since I pay extra for the best product. There is another lady (I don't know her name but she's the first table on the left) who does magic when she gives you a pedicure. The owner, Lee is family centric and I've been going here for years and she's had the same people working for her.
Make an appointment though because this place stays busy!
