My girlfriend was out of town so she decided to visit Cozy Nail. This couldn't have been a bigger mistake. The only lady working decided to soak her hands for over 30 minutes. Then gave her the worst nail painting I have ever seen. when my girlfriend refused to pay for the toddler-level painting, the employee threatened to call the police. Less than an hour later her nail ripped off of her thumb.
The service recieved here was borderline criminal.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!

OMFG WORST PLACE IN THE WORLD!!! 😠 Went in for a simple gel polish change on real nails. There was only one man in there so he was rushing and rough as hell, not to mention his nails were unsightly, super cracked, chipped and bleeding 😷 He was on the phone trying to call other workers in while doing my nails & cut my cuticle. 😡 He did not put the coat down before adding the gel color so I bet they wont last. He only did one clear top coat and didnt even wipe them with polish remover after. My polish is LUMPY and drippin onto the other side. HOW THE HELL ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS?!

I am new to Lexington and I needed a pedicure so I went to this place. It was THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!!!!! I went two weeks ago and my toe is still really infected from the guy cutting it!! I've called over and over and the manager is never there ! I'm going to call state board on them! This place is the worst!!!

Rude and sloppy work.. lady doing my nail ask how many kids I had and started talking her language to her coworker. She didn't shape my nail right 😡 I will not go back in there.

Sloppy job. Polish on fingers, rough tips and skin were she clipped. Male worker came in fell asleep and snored. She didn't clip or clean under my nails.
