I like the careful attention and assessment of my feet related concerns. There are a variety of products at fairly reasonable prices to assist with my issues. Most importantly, it’s the customer service and genuineness from each Fleet Feet member that I truly appreciate. My recent experience with Emma in the Winston-Salem store left me feeling truly cared about and supported.

All of the fit specialists at Fleet Feet are fantastic. David helped me out most recently and was very patient with me. He let me try on multiple different pairs of shoes and compare them to make sure I found they right fit for me. Thanks for all your help Fleet Feet - I may still have runner feet but at least they don't hurt as much!!

Great experience. We loved shopping there. The sales associates are super helpful and knowledgeable. We are going to be doing a half-marathon training with them. They are the best running store I have been to in the area. I like that they are so committed to the community as well.

I loved the personal attention I got from the Fleet Feet staff -- they took the time to ask my name and get to know me so that they could advise me best about what sneaker I wanted. I loved that I could try several pairs in store on the indoor treadmill. Best of all, I went home with a pair of shoes I am happy with. I will definitely return to Fleet Feet!

The personalized service really sets Fleet Feet apart from other shoe stores, and customers end up walking out of the store with sneakers they know are complementary to their feet for what they're doing. As a distance walker and occasional runner, this has made a big difference for me. The shoes are comfortable and well-made, and the staff is super friendly and willing to answer questions for beginner runners about training, technique, etc.
