2 days ago, I came here for an ANC (dip powder) refill. I picked my color that I was told was ANC but it said SNS on the bottle. I figured it was the same thing, after all, the color I picked on the display finger said ANC. The gentleman that did my nails seemed to rush through it, and when he was filing my nails, he cut my with the file on 4 different fingers. It wasn’t enough to draw blood but I let him know it hurt. He also never asked me what shape but he did the shape I wanted so again I didn’t care. Well it came time for me to pay... $45. I asked why it was so expensive and he said because it was SNS which is healthier. Annoyingly I paid because despite being painful, they looked good. Well now 2 days after, now today, I went back because on 3 of my nails, my nail is peeling from the SNS coating- one nail actually broke because of it and another nail the SNS broke off my nail. So I went in to have them fix it and the gentleman who did them directed me to another lady which I was grateful he wasn’t going to fix them. One nail she fixed fine. The nail that broke she had to put a fake tip on because now it was shorter. Well she filed my nail a little bit not narrow enough to match the width of my natural nail so I asked her to file more so the nail wasn’t so wide (I mean, it’s very noticeable that the end of that nail is so much wider than the rest). She began to file some more no problem but was more rough this time and cut me and drew blood so she put something on it to make it stop. She put the topcoat on and told me to go sit and let them dry. I sat down and she came over to me and told me to sit “over here” with my hand under the light in an annoyed tone (I’ve never had to do this before with ANC manicure though?). After a few minutes she takes my hand out to examine and there’s a line of “something” on the nail of the finger that had been bleeding. I asked what it was and she said it was “because I had to stop your bleeding, it’ll wash off but don’t touch it. Ok thank you, you can go”. I’m highly upset that she seemed so attitude at the end when it looked awful and why can’t I touch my nail but it’s dry enough to leave? I’m not going here again for sure. It’s just not good quality for what I paid.

Thee WOST manicure and petacure!! Didn’t do my cuticles or get rid of any dead skin! Almost 200$ for me and my friend! Also my manicure looked like a nightmare! So wavy and sloppy, and uneven!! Also, their nail polish is old, clumpy and out of style. DONT GO THERE!

My daughter is getting married tomorrow I went with her and my 14 year old granddaughter for mani-pedi’s. We arrived for our appt at 2:30. They said appt was for 3. He put my feet in half warm water for about 30 seconds and then did the scrub. The polish on my hands and feet looks terrible. I could have painted them better after spending 170.00. I have nail polish on my cuticles polish isn’t even. I will never go back there and they were rude. I didn’t like the first color I picked and he made a nasty face. One guy who took care of the bride was good. The guy and girl were terrible. Worst experience ever for a mani-pedi

I DO NOT recommend this place. If I could give them less than one star I would, but it is not possible to do so in order to write a review.
I came in asking for the simplest thing, a manicure with no color, just a buff and shine and they were unable to do it right. My nails were all different lengths and did not shine at all. This is the most basic of all manicures. Again I DO NOT recommend this place.
(Also, the guy kept laughing because he knew he had not done what I asked. Not everyone but certainly most of the people working there were incredibly rude).

Everything started out perfect and the acrylic nail application went really good but the painting job was HORRIBLE. The pain went into my cuticles, its uneven, incredibly thick and when the guy went to put the clear coat on, there was pink streaks everywhere in it but he just kept going anyway so now there's pink streaks in my white manicure.
