Place was nice, but u can't even get a smile or a good morning back from these ladies. Nail salons r a dime a dozen so y would I spend my hard earned money there. Smile ladies, say hello, it goes a long way.

The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. I would give my actual nails for the cost 6 out of 10, the atmosphere I would give a 8 out of 10 and the staff I would give 7 out of 10. The only complaint I have is they do seem to charge for everything. I paid to get gel polish removed from my toes ontop of the pedicure itself and the gel polish to be replaced. Polish remover should not cost more money. Other than that it was a nice experience, I just think for the price it could have an even better outcome.

Used to be much nicer. Went for a pedicure and the foot bath was NOT cleaned well. One side of the room has updated spa pedicure chairs and the other side had old crummy ones.

I just moved to the area and came in for a pedicure on my way home from a stressful day of work. I waited 25 minutes after being sat in a chair with cold water after I told the lady walking around it was cold 3 times and finally turned it up the heat. A lady came in 15 minutes after me was seated and had a tech within minutes as I was still waiting(there is 2 people just sitting/hanging out). The lady who did my pedicure was elderly and had difficulty remembering to do the basics. She hardly put any callus gel which I pay an extra $5 for, she massaged my feet for a total of 2 minutes on each foot (flyer says 8 minutes), if that and NO PRESSURE. Then she began to clean my feet and put base coat on. She answers her phone while the pedicure slowing her down more. I asked her if she is going to place a hot towel and she said "oh" and only wiped my legs and feet with it. Didn't even place it on my legs. Then begans to paint my nails and does not put in the separaters for my toes as they are close together and looked frustrated as I am interrupting her conversation. I am so annoyed and upset at the professionalism and lack of service. Nor was it relaxing. I will not be returning. My service was so poor that I wrote his long review, which I never do. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Don't waste your time and money at this place. I am writing my review as I sit here 1.5 hours later for a basic pedicure.
