Friendly, helpful awesome people. Each Fantastic Sam's is different. If one store gives you information you are not ok with, call a different store. Much better than Super cuts.

The first time I went here, my hair was fine. But I would never come back here after the second time. All I asked for was a simple shave (at a 1) around the sides and an inch off the top - the same I always get. What I got is a very noticeable uneven shave in the back and a terrible fade on one side that I didn't even ask for (I didn't have my glasses on). The staff seemed rude and my cut was rushed.

Gave very specific instructions and she proceeded to immediately disregard them. Then when asked to salvage what the original cut asked for as best as possible she proceeded to once again disregard instruction and change the cut entirely. Decent cut when done but not good by any stretch of the imagination. Tried to tell me it was my fault that she messed up and kept claiming I was not specific enough. " Leave the top and back alone" is fairly specific. Didn't end up charging me for the cut but I suspect this was due to my clear displeasure at her repeated attempts to inform me that her screw-up was caused by me. Awful approach to customer service and awful approach at salvaging the situation. $12.99 haircuts are clearly being advertised because they are rapidly losing market share. Maybe place more focus on customer service and attention to detail instead of trying to price-cut your way back into the market. Very disappointed and very frustrated. Do not go here unless you can absolutely not afford anything else.

First time was a good haircut. Second time a girl said the haircut I was going for was basic and then messed up. Today I was just skipped after waiting an hour for a specific barber even though there was only 1 person at the time I signed in so I walked out.

First and last time at this crazy hair salon. I came here to get a trim yesterday. I have hair to my waist. So very long. Told the lady that I wanted to keep my hair the same length and to do just a very light trim to cut off dead ends and to do the trim on dry hair as I usually do. First she never parted my hair like any other hair dresser. She was kind of cutting around it almost like she was playing with it. Then she started cutting my hair in zig zags and long pieces where coming off. I told her what was she doing and picked up a long strand of hair and showed it to her. She said I’m just cutting small pieces and picked up herself a short piece of hair to show me. I said are you trying to thin out my hair or something??? She said no and had some kind of attitude with it. She was very unprofessional and didn’t listen to what I told her to do. I haven’t had an issue at a hair salon in over 5 years and I am so distraught now because I have to grow my hair back the same length now and it will take me years. Matters worse she also cut my front hair very short and lied about it when I told her why she did that. My hair was the same length all over and now my front hair is much shorter and the back looks chopped and uneven. I went to wash my hair at home today and pieces of every length: short and long were coming off my hair in the shower. It was so awful to see. This just proves how uneven she had cut my hair. I hadn’t had a shampoo at the salon. I always get it cut dry then go home to wash it.
