I went for a fill in and some of my acrylics were starting to lift. The lady clipped away some of the lifted areas and drilled the bare nail area rather than the edges of the acrylic. When she was drilling, the drill kept stopping but she continued to hold it to my nail even though it wasn't on. When it was time to paint them, she was rushed and careless and applied two gobbed coats of polish. It was so thick that when she applied top coat to my thumbs, the top coat had streaks of the polish color in it. So I asked her to redo the thumbs. I ended up with small bubbles in my polish and today, a day later, there are so many small bubbles that it looks like small black specks of dirt. I would rather go somewhere else and have to make an appointment.

Went for a fill in here because i was in the area and should have just made the 45 min drive to sevierville where I usually go. I wanted them shortened and the same shape and got squared off and most are crooked with thick and thin spots. I had her atleast straighten the crooked ends since my nails were already so sore. Then she globs the paint on sloppy with streaks and bubbles all in the paint. Bad to the point where I'm willing to go pay my usual guy at sassy nails to fix it so they don't touch them again.

Went in to get my nails done & my experience was okay. I went through two people during my walk-in. They drilled my nails down so much that my nails are sore. I have left over glue under my nails sticking to my skin... I will not be returning.
