The service for the pedicures we received was decent but the service I received after the visit was terrible. I was visiting from out of state and wanted to pamper some ladies on my team with a nice gift while I was in town. One was at first running late and then not able to make it at all after driving around searching for the location. The salon NEVER told me that I was being charged for all 3, just that if she was still able to make it while we were there, they would accommodate her (which sounded like a very nice gesture). When I returned home and was reviewing my receipts from our trip I realized that I was charged for all 3 pedicures. I called thinking it was a mistake and that once I brought their attention to it they would correct it. Instead I was told that is their policy and all appointments must be paid for, even if missed. This is something that I probably would have been ok with if someone had been so nice as to explain it or mention it either before, during or even as we were checking out from our appointment. The man on the phone proceeded to tell me that if I had missed my doctor's appointment I would still have to pay for that too. My doctor's office, fortunately, has more tact and is very up front about their policies.

Went in to get my nails done and it took 3 hours I got sculpture nails and design so the time frame was understandable it was all fine and dandy but towards the end the girl doing my designs left my design done poorly because she had to leave and she told me to come back another day to finish I paid 55 for nails 20 for gel polish so my designs would stay on then like an extra 15 bucks for gems so total it was like 106 with tax and tip. So only 2 days later half of my nails lifted and I paid extra for good nails so they stay on longer and one of my nails just popped right off just unbuttoning my pants! A bunch of my gems came off even though I was told the 20 gel polish would hold the gems on and not to mention my nails were filed crooked. So I asked for a refund or even a partial refund and they said no because they spent there time and used products on me. As if i didn't waist 3 hours of my life and 106 bucks of my own money. For a bad set of nails! I've had 10x better for 30 bucks elsewhere! Though he offered to fix them but they were done wrong the first time and I didn't want them to do it again and waist more time that I don't have.

Although hard to find and not cheap, I loved my visit there. I have been looking for a place for manicures, pedicures, hair and makeup (for special occasions) for years. I found it!!!! I was going in to Kim Jew Photography to have professional head shots and action shots so I got the works.
Allen did an amazing job of makeup for the photo session. It was pretty heavy and dark but came out perfectly for a natural but younger look. He also styled my hair and it looked amazing for the photo shoot. Bravo did a great job on the manicure and pedicure with natural products and no cutting of cuticles or callouses. I have had so many compliments on my french manicure that is more pearlescent than most harsh white ones. And my feet are happy and beautiful.
If you don't mind paying a little more for quality, you will definitely get great services with natural products.

Andi is AWESOME!!!! She is by far one of the best stylist I have ever had!! I will keep getting my hair done by her!! Keep it up!! :)

So for my daughter 14th birtday I wanted to do somthing special. I called Arte de la mano and spoke with Bravo who, is the owner and expained to him what my budge was and what I wanted for my daughter and 3 of her friends (pedi and mani). He told me no problem bring them in we'll make sure they have a wonderful time. Well Bravo and the staff at Arte de la mano went above and beyond to make my daguther and her friends feel special. They went so far as to make her cup cakes and at the end of all the pampering they recieved, they each got a gift bag full of goodies!
