This place is awful. I never had experienced such a bad customer service. The only lady who can communicate in english was extremely rude with me. I felt so bad that why I am even giving them any money. All the people communicated in different language. The lady was giving me mean look. I would never ever visit this place again

Very friendly and reasonably priced. I buy my gf's nails here. You can tell they are good people.

I've been going to Enails for 3 years with no problems until recently. They switched from a decent gel polish brand, to a very cheap brand, that comes off in a matter of days. When I began to complain, and ask them to fix it, they accused me of being a liar. Do they really think I sit at home and chip off my nail polish only because I want to see them every week? Believe it or not, it is extremely inconvenient for me to have to come in all of the time and ask them to fix it. I am upset that after coming in twice a month for 3 years that I can be accused of being a liar and disrespected like just any person walking in off of the street. Customer service says it all, so I'll be going where my money is appreciated. FYI, Cali Pro Nails down the street has great reviews, I'll be checking them out!

I took my daughter here 3 days ago for a classic mani/pedi for her Prom. I called ahead to make sure they could see her that day. They saw her within 2 minutes of the time they said they could. They currently have a mani/pedi deal going at an excellent price. The staff was courteous and professional, & the ambience was relaxing. They had a huge variety of OPI colors to choose from. Manicure and pedicure turned out beautifully. We were very pleased with the experience and the results.
