I got my nails done 2-3 weeks ago. The guy did them. He did such an amazing job!! I’m going back in the next couple days to get them filled, I hope I get him again.. I do however agree with most of you about the horrible experiences here. I have had the women do my nails and they never turned out how I wanted them to. I will never go back to butterfly nails though.
I went there a few months back and the lady just would not listen to me on what I wanted done! Keep in mind I’ve had my nails done the exact same way before but different place.
When she chose the color after telling me no to the one I chose, I told her I didn’t like it and it was nothing what I wanted and asked her to remove the color off my nails (left hand). She got so irate with me and started yelling at me! When she was done I paid her for what she did and left. I got on their page while in the Peking lot still and wrote how horrible my experience was just then. Just beware of BUTTERFLY NAILS!
It’s extremely hard to find a good nail lady/guy I highly recommend the guys here because they take their time, so amazing work and always make sure your happy before you leave the chair! I will definitely be coming back here for as long as he’s around..

Wow first off a little pricey.. Second the wait is long needed more wrkers.. Very sloppy thick gels. I do gels to get away from thick acrylic piles on nails. Several thick globed on top coat. Not again

I wish I couldn't even give them a 1 star. I'm so upset with how my nails turned out...first of all, apparently it's 55 dollars to get a gel full set of nails (that's without a manicure) my cuticles are still jacked up, I thought for the price for sure it came with a manicure. Nope! Second, I tried to get chrome nails which are also an uncharge...but wait there's more...the base that allows them to be chrome like was actually clumping up and making bumps all over my nail and if I asked her to redo it because my chrome which was supposed to look like a rainbow kept turning out to only look like a sparkly silver....one finger kept doing this...the rest were great. Had to have that one finger redone more than 5 times. I feel like if it's gonna be such an uncharge at least it can be done right. No, I had to settle for something I didn't want inatead....and still ended up paying 80 dollars for a chrome full set of gel nails and a pedicure (no manicure though) I'll never go back

I went there Tuesday for a standard manicure. Was made to feel like a lower level because I did not get the more expensive gel or fake nails.
On top of that the second coat of polish didn't even cover the entire nail.
