Our pedicures were awesome and so were our nails. But they are super slow and their prices fluctuate. Be more consistent.

I have been going here for about a year. And I’ve only gone to ONE person which is Kelly because the man that works in there is the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life. He’s asked me to come back twice because he was too tired after sitting there for over an hour. And he had no remorse or care in the world that I was a LOYAL customer. Do NOT go here. And you’ll definitely be waiting until the end of time even if you do have an appointment booked.

Please avoid this place. I was charged an extra three dollars for a cut down on acrylics, which he never bothered to even tell me, until the end. Needless to say, he didn’t receive a tip! I hate dishonesty at the most you tell someone how much it is before you perform the work. I thought it was part of the service, as I’m from SF, and they DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA for drilling your nails down, when your already having the drilled at the same time.DISGUSTING!!

I walked in to a place I normally dont go to and asked how long the wait was and the guy said 15 to 20 minutes so I literally wait 45 minutes and I asked again. I'm sorry sir you said 15 to 20 minutes almost 45 minutes ago and I still havent gotten my nails done yet so do you know how much longer this will be and he said 15 to 20 minutes again. I'm like is this a joke? I could have went somewhere else had I known the wait was really going to be more like an hour in 5 minutes. Now I've wasted 45 minutes of my day and still dont have my nails polished, and I'm running out of time. I've got alot to do today and honestly didnt have anytime to waste. I honestly never leave bad reviews because I am a business owner myself and I like to make things right if theirs someone unhappy but these people didnt care, and obviously they know that they dont have to have good customer service to stay in business because of all the college kids on this side of town. This why I've decided to leave this review because I never got to see how good they are but their customer service did enough for me to never come back here and just take this into consideration if you are in a hurry. You will get lied to about the time they really are going to get to you. Not ok just be honest and stop wasting people's time just so you can make money. Trust me if you are honest about time that will make people want to come back. Hopefully the owner will read this and fix the problem.
