There was a pair of super sweet Vietnamese ladies working. They worked quickly and didn't hurt me (I have stayed away from nail salons for 15 years because past places either made me bleed or put huge divots in my nails). The only bad is the shellac I had done chipped within 3 days and it's supposed to last a month(?) idk, maybe it's cause I work with my hands-which is why I didn't take a star off. I will be going back again but maybe I will try tips next. And yes they do get busy and you have to wait, but what do you expect if you don't call ahead for an appointment?? For them to drop everything to help you?? Get over yourselves!

Worst service ever. The Male technician started my nails then stood up after taking gel off two of my nails too ask if he skipped someone. He then finished taking off the gel too say another nail tech will finish my nails. I was confused. I asked what's the problem all he kept repeating was she will do your nails. All that after waiting 40 mins. I wasn't wait any longer so I paid for the gel removal and left. Most embarrassing worst experience ever. I will never recommend this place!!

I go with these ladies all the time, but this time was just fabulous. I went with my nieces, daughter, mother and my self to get pampered for an event we have and they were just amazing. Thank you ladies!!!!!

As I walked In they greeted me and did everything quick and nice and also awesome customer service and I would recommend as it being my first time I loved it!!!

Waited 45 min for a guy to walk away from me when I ask a simple question he said I am here to do fake nail you want it or not? He laughed talking to the ladies in their language never come back after I asked a lady if he still was doing my nails, she said maybe not you have to wait 30 more minutes! What a shity service and lack of professionalism. I'll take my bussiness where I can be treated with some basic respect.
