They are very pricey! This is not Manhattan they are not paying high rent, its rip off for Gel Manicure $40.00 I got it done in 5th ave for $30 much better nail polish quality and it lasted longer , free snack there too. They have attitude, at the beginning they were nice and offer drinks, now they make money and they changed and the daughter has stick up her you know what. She thinks she is queen Elizabeth!

Excellent service, reasonable price! The best pedi and gel mani I have had by a long stretch! Efficient with high quality, what else do you want? Even though I'm from out of town, I'm going to make a point to stop back whenever I can.

Ive been a frenquent client for years. There been some recent turn over with staff that i dont particularly care for but the owners are nice and very involved. It's a relaxing atmosphere and not like the "in and out" nail places; this has a spa vibe with a personal touch. Andrea and George know their customers and chit chat remembering details about each client which is nice. It is a bit hard to get an appointment and slightly pricey but worth it once you're there.

I did not like this place the owner was very rude it seems that she prefers white people than hispanic/black except for her son that was very helpful and nice. I went one day with my sister and I did a manicure and pedicure and the lady only cared about her tips than customer service. I do not recommend this place. I prefer to spend my money where I will feel welcomed and appreciated.

I didn’t like the service and overall experience was unpleasant. The whole time they had a loud sports channel on. How about some SPA music? The salon is clean but that’s not enough to justify a premium SPA price.
I had an appointment for manicure & pedicure, when I arrived on time they didn't have a spot available for the pedicure to be done. I wasn’t too happy about that as I was hoping to do some emails while my pedicure was done and obviously i want able to do this with my nails drying. After the manicure, I was switched to Joanna. By then I noticed that on two fingers nail polish was smudged and I asked if she could redo them. Joanna replied “I guess, I may do this when I am done with the pedicure.” However, when my pedicure was done she set my for drying and went to work on another client. After about 10 min I approached the owner and he told her to fix my nails. She did it with a big grimace on her face and didn’t bother to put a top coat on. Moreover, during this process, she would not offer to move my bag or shoes. Everything took two hours and the manicure & pedicure was just average.
