Very small and run down. You can tell that it was in a bad neighborhood because the nail shop owner did not unlock the door until I arrived at the front door and I was in town visiting because I'm not from the area so I took a Lyft to the nearest nail shop. And this is where i ended up getting my nails done in oakland.

Went in and asked for a manicure and the guy told me to sit and wait. I sat in a chair by the window with the sun beating on me for 20 minutes. Then the guy comes back and says "you go. Come back 30 minute." And he escorts me to the door. No, I will not come back in 30 minutes.
