Always my favorite place to get my nails done. It’s the one place in the area where I’ll actually wait. The staff is nice and the green tea pedicure is amazing. It’s clean and the pedi chairs are super comfy.

Not even worthy of one star. I went to get a pedi with gel polish. Barley scrubbed the bottom of my feet. Prices are ridiculous. They charged me $50. Not going back. The only reason I went was because I had a gift certificate

I came in today for a simple eyebrow wax and was hoping to be 5 minutes. This was not my first choice my other usual places was closed so this was the closest one. She played me down and started doing my left eyebrow when she started playing around with my hair and i thought she was pulling off a piece of the paper underneath me until she said "sorry" thats when i realized she had gotten a big chunk of wax in my hair. She than left the room!!! and came back with another girl and started talking to her in chinese. The girl that than came in and started doing my right eyebrow while the other girl started putting oil in my hair. I was not happy. I did not give any tip and i went home with my hair in a knot and it hurt so badly trying to pull my hair apart. Never going back again

I visited this nail salon for the first time with my daughter. At first we were impressed with the aesthetics of the place. It was very clean and everything looked well kept. We moved to this area about a year ago and we were considering making this place our nail salon. When we were finished getting our nails done, I questioned the fees we were being charged. The owner was feisty and loud as if I didn't have a right to ask what we were being charged and nonetheless we were overcharged $5.00. It was very awkward.
To make matters worse as we were leaving the place one of the girls comes running outside shouting that she did my pedicure and she did not get a tip and yet my daughter had given a tip to everyone who took care of us. Apparently this was a different girl. That was unprofessional and uncalled for, the fact that she came running out.
Not even a week later my daughter's gel manicure was falling apart. When we go to other nail salons Gel manicures always last at least two weeks looking good.
They need to learn how to treat their customers, use better products and learn about customer service. We are definitely not returning here.
