I've been going here for over 10 years. They are always polite, giving me exactly what I ask for. Their new location at 5900 Bosque is beautiful. Great Nail.
I'll continue coming back.

Unfortunately, there is nothing less than 1 star, because they truly are not worthy of that. The man who did my nails globbed so much primer on my nails that, 3 days later, my nails still hurt. Every nail is crooked and one of them broke THE NEXT DAY.
Aside from the extremely poor quality, they are dishonest people. There is a $14.99 fill special advertised. I made it clear that was what I wanted. I was charged $21.00 and he claimed he gave me "pink powder" and that costs $3.00 extra. I was not asked if I wanted "pink powder" and I was not told I was being given an upgraded service.
When I called to discuss the fact that they should not be doing things and then charging them without a customer's consent, the man who did my nails was the rudest person I've ever dealt with. He talked over me and refused to listen to me, stating over and over that he gave me "pink powder" and that if I came back he would show me that he did give me pink powder. I never questioned whether or not he gave me what he said he did, the issue was that he did not ask if I wanted something that costs extra. He told me he did not want to talk about it and he was busy, but I could come get my $3.00 back since I didn't believe him about the "pink powder" I didn't ask for. I advised him I would be making sure others are aware of how this place does business, and he told me to go ahead. So, here is your review.
Yes, I understand it is ONLY $3.00, which he made sure to point out. But the $3.00 is not the issue. The problem is that he felt he could get away with charging me extra for additional services I didn't ask for and that I would pay it without question.
The poor quality, lack of customer service, and basically scamming people out of a few extra dollars is why H-E-B should not allow a place like this to operate within their store. H-E-B is a very reputable place to shop and they need to really consider if they want a place like this doing business inside their store.

DONT GO HERE PERIOD! They will mess up your eyebrows or nails

Friendly, and are very accommodating to my elderly mother who requires a gentle touch with her arthritic feet. Super nice people and have always done a good job using hygienic technique.

Worst nail job ever. The nails are too big for my fingers and some have clumps. THEN the nail tech BLAMED the color so he redid my nails and they still suck. I would give a negative star if it was an option. Then the lady that did my feet was rubbing the scraper over my feet instead of scraping so my feet still have dead skin on them. Now I'm going to have to find another shop and waste more time and spend more money to fix this bs.
