Wait times are horrible. Waited 45 minutes and wasn't even close to being seen. When I talked to Leanne about it, her response was "how long do you wait at the doctors" Seriously?! Total disregard of clients time. Will NEVER give this business my business and will NEVER refer business to this business. ZERO stars if I could give it.

I've been coming to Vixen Aesthetics for many years now for Botox service with Leann. However, after my visit today, this will be my last time coming to this office for the horrible service from the minute I walked into the place. First, my appointment time wasn't met to appropriate standards. I can understand waiting up to an hour to be called in, however in this case after waiting 30 mins I had to get up myself and ask the receptionist how much longer until my name is called. Shortly after, they called me in the room (after 30 mins of waiting) due to the nurse enjoying a personal conversation with a client. I can understand if the nurse was backed up due to a medical reason with the client, however all I can hear is giggles and a personal conversation going on.
Second, my entire process was rushed. I had 40 units processed in 5 mins (normally takes at least 15 mins)- and this time she didn't even put any incisions under my eyes like she usually does. I felt very unwelcomed and rushed to leave the room.
Third, the rate goes up every time I come back. The initial rate was $10/unit, 2nd time they raised it to $11/unit, and today they told me it's $12. What is even more disappointing is they tell you this information when you are ready to check out, NOT prior to the visit! I refused to pay the new rate, being that I wasn't comfortable paying more than what I was originally quoted. I cancelled all of my future appointments and will no longer be visiting this rude and unwelcoming office, they don't deserve my business!
ps: after all this I woke up the next day with a bump on my forehead!!!

Leann Griffin is hands down the best at Botox & fillers. I have been to a top dermatologist that does fillers and she is far better. She is an expert at Botox and filler, even plastic surgeons she surpasses!!! And I'm not exaggerating!!!! Look no further she is the very best!!!!

I do love this place. I've been going there for a few years now, and so many people believe that I'm 10 years younger than I really am. I get the RF Pixel for keeping my face young-looking, and the light-thingy (don't remember the name for it) to reduce age spot coloring. The eraser size, dark age spot that I had for several years slowly faded away after about 4 treatments. I'm addicted to the botox! (not really), but it definitely helps me look younger, and definitely helps with my TMJ. I can tell when the botox starts to fade away after about 3 months. They're so good at what they do and thorough and non-pressuring. They keep up on techniques and new products. Sometimes it's confusing, but they explain, and re-explain, and re-explain as much as I ask. They attend seminars and are very knowledgeable. My only issue is that it's hard to get an appointment there. They're booked out for so long. I guess that's because they're so good. It's a blessing and a curse.
