Very disappointed in the manicure I received here while on holiday. I don't think every manicurist is bad in here (there seemed to be some regular customers) but the one I had was quite sloppy. I opted for a gel removal + regular mani since I only go to my regular for gel. Removal was damaging for sure, I had to ask her to stop gouging my nail and just soak it longer. Even with this there are bits of polish left on the sides (I didn't point this out as I was sure it would be similarly roughly treated). She tried to file my nails with the very coarse file and I asked her to use the finer grade. She cut/broke a nail with the cuticle clippers exclaiming "ingrown nail" when in fact she had just cut horizontally into my nail. She did offer a bit of glue which I filed smooth myself while she cashed me out. Polish was applied sloppily, missing the sides on almost every nail and highlighting the rough file job. Hopefully it will last the 5 days I need before I can go to my regular.

I was able to walk right in and be helped. I got a spa pedicure with 1 upgrade and a basic manicure -- it was about $40. The ladies were very kind and both did a very thorough job and gave a great massage. 2 weeks later my toes skill look nice (I'm pretty hard on my fingernails and only got regular polish so they are of course chipping by now). I would definitely go back!

I had an awful experience at this salon today. I arrived to get my eyebrows done and was asked to wait 5 minutes. That turned into 30 min and when I asked how much longer, they asked if I could come back in 10 minutes. In total I waited an hour only for them to tell me they had “too many appointments” and if I could wait another 15 min at that point I left. Overall very disappointed in this customer service.

Very good vibe and friendly staffs. Always satisfied everytime I have my nails done here :)

I spur of the moment got my nails done here once and now I’ll never go anywhere else.
