I went to get an acrylic refill on my nails it took 2 hours, she kept switching the tools almost like she didn’t know what she was doing,I know the order the tools are used in but she would use one on nail then take it out and use a different tool almost like trial and error.She cut my nails very short filing the nails took up most of the time yet none of my nails are the same size and very uneven.The acrylic doesn’t even go back to cuticle so it looks grown out already when I got these done yesterday. You can see yellow underneath my nails and every mark.when she was done with the polish she continued to file my nails so there is no paint on the tips.I would never go back here to get acrylics again.also very expensive for just a refill not even a new set

As a man, I have never felt unwelcome, or undervalued as a customer here. The Staff is friendly, professional, and clean.
I get gel manicures, and spa pedicures with color, and they are always well done. If I manage to chip or smudge, getting it fixed is never a problem.
When they are busy, there can be a wait, but they also never make me feel rushed.
If you choose to make an appointment, ask for quieter times to be sure that you won’t end up waiting.
