Hit or Miss. The Salon Opened with grand promises: enjoy a glass of champagne or an espresso as you get your nails done. This might have been the case in the very beginning but soon went away of all things promised.
The manager at the front desk runs hot and cold. Will answer the phone with a simple hello. Hello? I once asked for a glass of water and was delivered the person next to me.
Four manicurists to come in to the salon every day via Uber from San Francisco- they work very hard. It appears there's new owners-and they too answer the phone by saying "hello" - a little of language barrier at times. The polishes use are very high-quality the manicures are excellent. Call for an appointment. Be sure to tip your manicurist in cash on-site.

Terrible nail service. Have been there a few times but never again. (Receptionist very kind though) Cool looking lounge. Definitely not worth the money. I wanted to like this place but ended up really disappointed.

I stopped by on a Sunday to ask if they did dipping powder manicures. The woman at the desk said they did, but that they were booked solid. She said I could try booking the next day on their website, but that they're probably booked solid then too. She was very brusque and rushed and I didn't feel my business was wanted.

My sister is a "member" and treats me to wonderful mani pedis when I come to visit. The salon is pretty, upscale, with comfy throne chairs and a team of manicurists who come in from SF every day. I ask for Lee, Judy or Julie- all wondeful. Yes, hand deliver tips to each woman. Park for free in the back - get ticket validated. Why not: have a glass of wine...

Best friend gave me a Birthday Mani Pedi at Dolls - I had walked by for a year and was delighted to go in and bathe in the luxury/pampering. Selected pretty colors and enjoyed a glass of wine...I left- with sparkly toes and beautiful nails just in time - as floods of ladies were arriving. TIP: Do Not Use Brown Envelopes for Tips - give tip to manicurist. Validated Parking in the Back. Best to Call in for Appt. I love Thanh.
