I have been going to Boulevard Hair & Nails for about 4 years for my nails, pedicures and to have my hair colored and styled. What a fun place ! I love my hair and my nails. I am never disappointed. Excellent staff and owner.. i wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. The Best !

Terrible experience!! I called ahead to a new girl, Gina, I asked her how long she'd been doing hair, she said 20 years (I don't think cutting her Barbies hair counts) I asked for highlights, a trim in the back and layers in the front. When she was done with the highlights I couldn't see any, she said they would come out. I asked for shorter layers in the front and she "cut into" my hair and "angled" it differently??? I payed her $86.00 (which included a free hair cut with any color) A week later my hair still looked exactly the same as when I came in, if not worse as the front was very stringy from "cutting into" it. I called her and told her I was not happy and she made another appointment for me. When I got there I had decided that I no longer trusted her ability and I just wanted my money back so I could pay someone else for the services she did not perfom but took my money for. I was thrown out of the shop and threatened to have the police called on me by the nail girl?! Since then I have spoken with several people who have had bad experiences at this shop and did not return. Let the buyer beware!!!
