I went here last night with my 5 year old daughter who wanted to have her nails painted. I got a. Pedicure which was the equivalent to what I can do at home. The woman who helped us seemed to frustrated by something other than us. But it still affected us as it seemed as if I'd walked into her living room and told her to paint mine and my kids nails. The woman in front (possibly manager/owner) was the only one who seemed happy. She smiled at my daughter and spoke to her a bit. Everyone else there seemed like they would prefer to not be there. I wanted to say some unkind things and walk out but I was trying to smile for my baby girl. Never again.

I don’t understand why they have so many bad reviews. I went with my little sister and their service was excellent! Everyone was very nice, and there were plenty of colors to choose from.

This place gave me foot fungus several times. Also the owner refused to do my nails as she was sitting there with headphones doing nothing told me to come back in 30 minutes. She's not nice Also my fill ins don't last more than a week. My nails broke and chipped. Terrible!!' Waxed off half my eyebrow. Never again !!😡😡😡

WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE 40 STARS IF POSSIBLE!!! AND CAUTION ANYONE CONSIDERING GOING TO THIS SALON OF HORROR! So I went in for eye brow wax, lip, and eyelash extensions. Was told eyelash extensions by management and girl doing them were guaranteed to last up to two and a half weeks. First I went in to be waxed, she missed the entire side of my right lip, and left and right eyebrows were left a mess. Before I could say anything I was rushed into their eye lash extension room while my eyes were rubbed so hard with some kind of cleaner they started tearing horribly, knowing this was not good I suggested to take a break so my eyes would not continue to tear. I was told they would be fine and guaranteed to last up to 2 and a half weeks AGAIN. So then the 47 minutes of torture began. After since glue was also dripped into my eye, I could not see so inquiring about the waxing mistakes I was told AGAIN if I had any problems to come back. I said there were problems I had seen before being rushed in the other room for extension session of pain, tearing, and torture. And was told they saw and knew and to just call and come back and any problems would be fixed for free. So next day I wake up and 2 extensions remained on my left eye and 4 on my right. My eyebrows crooked and right side of my lip was fully missed!!! I call as instructed to and was told to come in and they would be happy to look everything over and fix it all. So I go back see the manager and was told absolutely they would fix their mistakes.... IF I REPAID FOR IT ALL!!! IN SHOCK I EXPLAINED HOW I WAS TOLD ABOUT THEIR EXTENSIONS GUARANTEE, ASKED FOR A BREAK WHEN MY EYES WERE TEARING TOLD AGAIN NOT TO WORRY THEY WOULD FIX EVERYTHING IF I WAS NOT HAPPY TO JUST CALL IF ANYTHING WAS WRONG WHICH I DID AND COME BACK TO HAVE THEIR MISTAKES FIXED WHICH I DID TO BE TOLD SURE WE WILL FIX OUR MISTAKES IF YOU PAY AGAIN??? THIS PLACE IS S CON!! THEY USE NO GLOVES OR CLEANING PROCESSES TO DO ANY WORK! AND THEN ASK YOU TO PAY AGAIN? WELL I INFORMED MY BANK WHO DISPUTED THE TRANSACTION IMMEDIATELY AND SUPPLIED MY BANK WITH MY RECORDING BOTH PHONE AND IN PERSON, AND URGE YOU TO DO THE SAME. I ALSO URGE YOU TO GO TO STUDIO NAILS NEXT TO PLANET FITNESS! AFTER I LEFT "PRO FAILS " I WENT TO STUDIO AND THEY WERE HAPPY TO DO MY FULL SET, FIX "PRO" FAILS HORRID MISTAKES AND NOT CHARGE ME TO DO SO! GOING BACK TODAY TO STUDIO WITH MY DAUGHTER FOR HER MANI PEDI AND MY SPA PEDI! I ALSO REPORTED PRO FAILS TO THE BOARD OF HEALTH IN RAHWAY, I GUESS THEY DID NOT KNOW SOME PEOPLE WORK HARD FOR THERE MONEY AND DON'T ENJOY BEING CONNED! YOU'RE WELCOME "PRO" FAILS!!! P.S. MY BANK HAS ALREADY REVIEWED EVERYTHING AND I WILL BE GETTING MY MONEY BACK ANY DAY NOW. NEXT TIME BE FAIR AND NEVER LIE TO CUSTOMERS ESPECIALLY ON TAPE WHEN THEY CAN PROVE IT!!! WHAT A SHAME!

Went for gel pedi, nail replacement and color change. $62 but I was at their mercy since it was done. Replaced nail fell off again 2 days later. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY
