Sat in there for 7 hrs just to get my toes polished and nails done. They have a sign-in process that doesn't work people walk right in and get serviced meanwhile you been sitting there for 3 hrs waiting already,very unprofessional

It was not crowded, I normally leave, I am not comfortable in crowds.my brows and nails were done everyone was masked staff was pleasant.

I use love Kenny nail zone couldn’t wait for them to open back up after the being closed for months due to quarantine but this by far worst experience I got my nails done a week ago and 4 nails have popped off like press on I paid $40 because I gel polish a waste of money 💰 use love them but the quality has definitely went down 💅🏾

Person who did my nails was polite person as security very unprofessional and rude for no reason other than that good location for COVID 19 Gel is the way to go thank you
