I got a pedicure and even upgraded to a more expensive one. They put me in a pedicure chair that had a broken massager in it. The massaging part was sticking into the lower middle of my back and was extremely uncomfortable. I asked to be moved to a different chair and she said the other open one was broken too. I told my nail technician that they should have told me first before sitting me I. A broken chair. She gave me a pillow and that did not feel much better. I won’t go back.
They should have given me the option to wait for a working chair and been honest in the first place.

At first I was going to come back because I thought their work was good. First my gel polish which I paid a pretty penny started to chip 3 days in. Second I was using the bathroom and my nail straight popped off. This is the worst nail job ever. All the years I been getting my nails done this has never happened. I will never get gel polish again the quality is horrible. I always get gel because it usually last longer. My nails lasted a week , I definitely will not be coming back here again.

The worst job I’ve ever had. My polish is all rippled and the top is grainy. Heading to Sephora to buy some things to fix this mess

High prices should match the service. My best friend and I went for a full set and after paying $50 for my friends powder tips and UV color gel, her nails started peeling off the following day and nail itself began lifting off. The powder did not adhere to her nails at all. This is supposed to happen after 2 weeks of application. Not 2 days! Disappointed. I called and nothin was done about it. Never again.

The female owner is very annoying! I was going here for a few years straight - at least 5 years and I had my favorite nail tech & I never minded waiting for her when she was busy BUT for some strange reason this annoyed the female owner, she would other techs off on me & be annoyed when I chose to wait for Wendy, so weird, it was me doing the waiting & I was very patient! Wendy is the best nail tech, the others are lazy, and rude! Wendy & I developed a friendship but for some strange reason the stupid owner wouldn't allow her to work on me even when she wasn't busy! I went to other techs who were horrible so therefore, I will never go back! The owner is stupid & doesn't value long standing customers! What an idiot! You just lost a great customer!
