My husband and I went here and I had a horrible experience. First off, the man who did my pedicure didn't use the color I wanted on my toes, he said it didn't go well with the glitter coat I picked, so now my toes don't match my nails. Then, he did a horrible paint job on them. The color is bumpy, my big toe on my right foot has a chunk of nail that didn't even get polished, he got paint all over my skin and didn't go back and clean it up, and he charged me for services I didn't get. Then the woman who did my nails convinced me to get the powder dip nails because apparently it's supposed to last longer than shellac and be healthier for your nails. My thumb nail cracked on the second day and another finger had a big section chip off the third day. She kept getting up and leaving while she was in the middle of doing my nails also. The only reason I'm giving more than one star to this salon is because she did an awesome job drawing a design on my ring fingers. Other than that I hated this place!!

Oh my goodness this place is terrible!!!!!
I went to have my nails painted and pedicure. I wanted gel nails. The tech was awful. He put gel on my nail and skin and they stuck together. He left the white poliish on the sides of my fingers the polish was clumped.
This place is the worst I have ever been to.
Do not come to this place.

Everytime I go to try them out the service ends up horrible. I called and made an appointment today and went early. Some young men started doing my service and began to ask me millions of questions and wasn't confident in his skills. He then told me it wasn't safe to polish my own toes at home cause of me being pregnant. I had to let him know that I have a cosmetology license and I also have my degree in it to teach it. . I ask for someone else and no one was available so I left. It's best if I go to Escape nails in Hewitt and continue to let MiMi do my pedicures.

I NEVER write reviews for anything or anywhere but I felt I HAD to let this be known! I went with my 8 year old niece. She got her nails painted and I got acrylics. The guy that did my nieces nails did not even say so much as one word to her. Not even when he was done. He just got up moved to the next seat and got on his phone. I felt so bad for her. She just sat there awkwardly with her hands on the table because they weren't even dry and didn't know what to do. It was so rude and terrible!! The older man who did my nails did a HORRIBLE job! A bunch of parts on my real nail showing on the sides. It's uneven and clumpy. There are bubbles in one of my nails and an actual little HAIR in another one! There is acrylic all the way up ON my skin on my pinky! Worst place I have ever been! Do not waist your money!

Don is absolutely the worst tech here. He's the older guy with the long hair. I've had my nails done here twice and both times he has done them not only did I leave both times with chips in my nails or the paint messed up but one hands color was DRAMATICALLY darker than the other. Don't have him do your nails ever....
