So disappointed when I went to this shop. I got there on time for my appointment and waited FOREVER. I called and ask the daughter if she can do a specific hairstyle and add hair to my hair being that my hair was short and her answer was yes. When my hair was done I was totally disappointed. I could not believe her mother, the owner, did not critique the hairstyle so that her daughter can fix it. I felt like I was at a hair school where everyone was learning except the owner. I did not fuss much at the daughter because she is a young person trying to do something positive. I definitely recommend more training and supervision for the daughter.
