My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the Langham this weekend to celebrate my birthday, and we were blown away! The valet staff were the very first piece of the puzzle, who greeted us so warmly when we arrived, and returned our car promptly each time we requested it be brought from the garage. The lobby was beautiful, and the front desk staff were very helpful and kind. Our guest room was just gorgeous, and the wait staff were prompt and friendly each time we ordered room service. The pool and spa were beautiful and well-appointed. Overall, our new favorite hotel! I would give more than 5 stars if possible. We cannot wait to visit again!

By far, THE BEST hotel stay I've ever had! Luxury at its finest. Great service, incredible in room dining, and amazing rooms. Everyone we came in contact with were exceptionally friendly. Special thanks to Kirk at the front desk 🙏🏽

Not only is the Langham beautiful but their staff is excellent. Nothing is ever too much for ask for and questions are always answered super fast. Their attention to detail and professional expertise will put you at ease knowing your big day is in good hands!

Impeccable service from start to finish, beautiful amenities and rooms, fantastic location, great room service (they set up a legit dining table in the room). Very quiet as well. My new go to hotel for every time I go to Chicago to visit my brother!

The best hotel in Chicago, to bad you got to look at Chump Tower across the street.
