I have been going to this salon for 5 years. Linda, my manicurist/ masseuse is fabulous. Highly competent, professional & lovely. Recommend her highly. Atmosphere is peaceful, pleasant and immaculate. All utensils are sterile and wrapped in cellophane packs. Holly, my facialist is excellent. Skin care Products are wonderful. I’m very pampered at this salon and feel like a VIP when I am there.

Very rushed service, no hand massage/soak, and significantly overcharged ($19 when most good places in NYC charge around $10). They also require $20 to use the card so then you have to go pay the ATM fee to withdraw cash. The woman who did my nails messed up a nail and then got upset and was snippy when asked to fix it. There are plenty of better places in NYC— don’t go here!

It was good service and a nice experience without a strong nail smell, but I got an infection on my right thumb. They need to clean their tools better
