I just left this place. LUCY does not listen to what you want and showing a picture nor being vocal seems to work. There is a reason no one is ever in this place.

We have been going here for awhile now this time will be the LAST!!! Every time we come our nails are always crooked when we leave and the nail polish is old and they keep adding acetone to them. Today my daughter got half of her nail ripped off by Hanna. She came with a bandage on her finger and only half of her real nail. You definitely get what you pay for at this place. And I have never seen them use clean tools. Totally not professional at all. We shouldn't have to come home and refile and paint our nails after EVERY VISIT!!!! Please dont wast your time unless you want ONLY the basics
