Not sure the point of making an appointment when it takes nearly an hour to get in the chair?? I just walked out since it was gonna take probably another hour or 2 more. You should really have more than 5 workers on a SATURDAY in the summer....

The end results are good, but the wait is too long. It doesn’t matter at what time you go; the wait is always endless because there are usually only 2-3 people working with at least 5-10 customers waiting.
