The salon was very dirty. I didn't realized the tools were used until she pulled out the file. The metal tools were all in a tray that was sitting out hard to tell if they had been sanitized. There were 4 of us in the salon, she tried to go back and forth working on us at the same time, took 3 hours to complete. She left me soaking in acetone for so long that it was burning. I finally pulled them out and wiped the polish off myself, she seemed irritated that I did that but it was completed goop by this point. I chose an example on her ring of choices for a dip color. it was a soft pink with iridescent glitter and small soft white tip. My nails turned out bright white with almost no pink. When she went to put the top coat on I asked if she was done with the color she said yes. I said to her, "Oh this is really white, I had wanted the pink nails with the soft white tips." She again seemed irritated I am sure because she was trying to work on so many of us at once. She took a powder and purple liquid and began trying to "Paint" the pink over the white, I asked if was okay to combine products, dip vs what appeared to be acrylic, she said yes. She then put a top coat on and put me under the lamp you use for shellac nails. I told her I had never had a dip combined with shellac, she assured me it was fine. My nails were still mostly white but she said that was all she could do. She knew I was not happy but I am not one to make a scene so I just let it go. I went to pay and she charged me $100. I was shocked so was the woman sitting next to me. I told her that she had told me upfront it was $58. She said, "I give you deluxe" I am not sure how her not be able to achieve the look she offered and having to add other products became a deluxe. In less than 48 hours two of the nails had begun to chip off. By day four one whole nail popped off as though it were an acrylic. I am less than a week in and I have two nails left. I am out of town so I can't go back to get them fixed. DO NOT GO HERE! After reading other reviews it sounds like she often works on more than one person at a time.

They're really nice here, BUT both times I went, the girl did a horrible job. First time I got acrylics and they looked horrible. This time I got a pedicure. The water was way too hot, then when asked how was the water and I told her, she made it hotterhotter. She cut my toe nails too short, she didn't scrape off or use the blade thing for dry skin, or the foot file or nothing. You can't even tell that I got a pedicure. It looks like a my 13yr old did it. Smh. Never again!

Finally I've written my long overdue review for here! And haven't ever disappointed! The nail shop has lots of colors to choose from. They was doing my nails very patient. They are so detailed to me. The whole environment is different than my typical nail salon! I would definitely go back! And adore this salon right now.

Only one tech working, but she did not tell us how long the wait was or that she was the only one there. Sat us down to start pedicures and was finishing up another customer, for 45 mins! Did not finish my pedicure and started another customer. Tried to paint on my top coat as I was putting my coat on to leave. And charged $25 for it! Do not go there if you want a good deal, to know how long you will be there or a nice paint job.

Nataly is amazing! I've been to three other nail salons in the area and was never 100% satisfied with the nail shape they did for my acrylics until I met Nataly! She shapes my stiletto nails perfectly everytime. I always walk in and am either seated right away or within 10 mins. This place is a hidden gem :)
