I wouldn't normally write reviews, especially a poor review, however I found this office through a web search, and would've appreciated this months ago. This is based on approximately FOUR visits, so no, it wasn't a "bad day".
First, the woman at the entrance desk is impolite and unpleasant; she doesn't ask how you are (after you do), nor says goodbye as your leaving.
I visited Dr. Altman for what seems to be hormonal acne issues. Each time I went, I was seen for probably less than five minutes. The appointments started off well, until I seemed to request any longer than this for any further explanations. Each time I asked for an explanation, or express a concern, I was curtly cut off, and finally my last visit I was told "You can do whatever you want, it's your choice, it's just my professional opinion."
When I go to a doctor, the least I expect, after I feel like I HAVE to ASK for an explanation of my condition or treatment, is an explanation slightly longer than "It's just my professional opinion" and "it's a treatment method".
I was on antibiotics for two months, I'm not a doctor, I didn't go to medical school, so when I RESPECTFULLY express my concern, or possible side-effects (whether they're medically reasonable or NOT) the response shouldn't ever be "It's my opinion, do what you want." Despite my asking, I wasn't offered explanations other than "It's a treatment method", nor was I offered alternative treatment options and possible pros and cons.
I scheduled multiple appointments despite feeling this way from the beginning to be able to have consistent doctor through acne treatment, however I will not go back.
Save your time, and try a different doctor, the least they can do is be as inconsiderate and impersonal as this. No doctor should make you feel uncomfortable asking for explanations.

Dr Altman is awesome. My skin has never been overly bad but anytime my skin is making a turn for the worst he always takes care of it and will always recommend something that he thinks will work for you. He's always down to listen to what you have to say and you can ask him any questions you like. I'm 23 years old now and have been going to him for years. There's a reason why I haven't ever been to anyone else. Dr Altman is the man!!

Zoc doc appointments don’t get sent to this office for whatever reason. Receptionists didn’t have a proper explanation as to why either. I blew half a day of PTO for this appointment.

I have been seeing Dr. Altman for various skin conditions for approximately 8 years. The office staff is wonderful. They are friendly and helpful. A pervious review has upset me. Jose C was an appointment just before mine and I have to say that I have never been more disgusted. First feces was left in a garbage can in the examination room and the smell was horrible. Not only that but the staff was not notified that a child had gone "potty" in the room. Second this was not the first occasion that this happened but was repeated again the following week. The staff is not the cleaning personnel they are the billing clerk and receptionist. It is not their job to clean up a bio hazard left by an inattentive mother. Also please explain why a child who is five years old is still in diapers. To give a bad review to this great staff and doctor is offensive. People had to use the facilities after you and yours. It is completely unexceptable. There are facilities on premises and why a toilet was not used but waste was placed in a garbage can is a mystery. I was there and in no way was Jose C ask to drive 5 miles to have their child use the restroom. Dr. ALTMAN is a doctor who has helped me overcome several skin condition and I would highly recommend both him and his staff.

Waiting time was short~ 10 mins, he was professional, friendly and helpful.
