I love this shop but it’s one lady in particular who has such a nasty attitude. She never wants to do my nails when i walk in the door she tries her hardest to not do mine. She rushes on mine if she does mine and get mad when i ask her to fix her mistakes. I don’t expect perfection but i do want nice neat nails if I’m paying 50 plus dollars on them . She sits in the third chair on the right when walking in. She’s going to be the reason the business fails. Today i was sitting getting my feet done and she didn’t want to do a repair on a young girl hand and tried to hand her off to Lisa and marissa. Then came up with every excuse on why she couldn’t do the girl repair . She started yelling at the young girl and they both began to argue. It’s sad how upset she made the young girl. The girl said she was a regular customer. That’s no way to treat your regulars ! Do better Tj’s!

I love this nails I found on my man hunt looking for another shop to go to cause the place I was at was no good. Thank you to nails I love my nails.

I LOVE COMING HERE! The quality of service is great. Yes, the wait is long most times unless you come before they open. Or on a "slow" day . They have a HUGE clientele. There are times I still wait and they never rush through any service I receive.

My mom and I went there this past Saturday. All the techs were very pleasant and friendly to both of us, but especially to my mom since she was visiting and it was her 1st time there. The owner convinced my mom to do chrome , she reshaped her nails perfectly and had her daughter finish the color and chrome, my mom loves it, tj nails take their time on nails and pedicures to ensure quality, which I appreciate..my mom was very impressed by how personable everyone were, we will definetely be back.
