I've been tanning here off and on for over ten years but recently say the last six months the customer service has been less than adequate. On multiple occasions the salon has been closed during business hours with notes such as at the doctor be back at noon and when I came back at 12:30 same note on the door or a tree fell on my house be back tomorrow regular hours and the next day same note on the door. And twice now I have been turned away by a stylist that was trying to run both her business and the front desk because she was too far behind on her clients to get me in a bed. I get things happen but at this point it's a pattern. When I brought my concerns to the owner she was literally crying telling me how rough things have been and just full of excuses. I do sympathise but your running a business, how unprofessional can thing get... I've been waiting several weeks for a refund on the tan I had left but at this point im not holding my breath.

This tanning salon is extremely clean, prices are great! Including the prices of tanning products. The staff is very friendly and there are no pressure tactics used in purchasing tanning packages. Highly recommend this place.

It's hard to find a place that's clean, has great service and good price.

Paradise Tans rocks! This business has been under new ownership since (December 2015) with a whole new makeover and customer service experience.
Owner, Deseray Brown has revamped and upgraded many aspects of this business and is always looking for new ways to create an oasis experience. The latest upgrade includes tinted windows and new business lettering. The transformation is inspiring.
Laura Hoyes, my hair stylist is simply amazing - she can whip up colors and cuts that are exceptionally complementary. Nail tech, Jamie Calloway is artistic, creative, and a perfectionist!
High quality services, along with a great customer service experience adds to the overall ambience and character at Paradise Tans. I highly recommend this business to anyone who is seeking a hot tan (spray tans are coming soon), exclusive hair coloring/cuts/styling, or perfect nails.
