Horrible. Told them I was getting a manicure for my wedding the following day. I received the worst looking manicure in my entire life. They painted well past the edge of the nail. He was unable to do any kind of coordinated shaping and used a low grit file to shape, leaving my nails rough. I’ll remove the paint and repaint.

I went there the first time today and asked for a dip with tips. The technician proceeded to do a fill and I said “I’ve never had it done this way before”. He proceeded to paint my nails a shade he picked out not the dip I asked for. I asked what he was doing and he said he was painting my nails! WTH! I had already been there an hour or I would’ve had them redone! Bottom Line, my nails aren’t even close to the color I chose and the paint looks horrible. I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! Btw...I’ve never been online to write a bad review. I feel completely taken for and left teary eyed. There isn’t a way to post a pic

Horrible place. Dirty, the brush that you wash the nail with dirty the area around the sink dirty, trash can full of trash you can smell it and they have a washer machine washing the towels in front of you laud. Nail salon supposed to be very relax in not rushing and lying to customers oh wait one more customer and your turn (how long do I have to wait 20min next thing you know you been the 55 min waiting. Poor costumer service and the job they do wow never experience that. Nail polish on my fingers cut my nail shorter than I wanted and charged me 45 extra for buffing my nails. You can tell thy wore more after money that making costumers happy. I'm sure they will be out of business soon. I will never ever go there again!!! $45.00 for this
