Made an appointment. Took us right back for pedicures. Water cold set for 30 minutes still no service. Attendants went to back room and came out chewing food multiple times. Then 2 other ladies walked on and was seated and 2 Attendants immediately provided service. I asked for a towel and we dried our feet and left. No apologies. Place is beautiful with expansion but not managed well and understaffed for expansion. Have always enjoyed our services but probably will not be back

Hands down (no pun intended) the best nail salon in Frederick. I found this place and am so happy I did. The reviews are correct. I called the day of and they gave me an appointment a few hours later. I did watch them turn away a few people because they did not. The salon is not fancy but very clean and accommodating. Everyone who worked there was happy and attentive. One of the employees even handed out water why we waited. Did I mention my nails looks fabulous!!!! Toes too!
I am headed back today after two and a half weeks without a single chip... and a week of that was spent in the ocean!

This place is aweful! I made my daughter a 10am appointment. I dropped her off. The appoinment was for a pedi medi. Was first told it would be $42. When i picked her up I was told it was $52. I didn'r say anything. Gave the lady my cc. Than she said no,actually its $62 , i asked why, she said your daughter had gel polish on her hands and thats more $15. I said fine. I paid it and left out. The receptionist ran out to me saying' wait'! Its actually $72 forgot that your daughter had gel on her feet also. She wanted me to pay!!! We got in big argument. Were going back and forth. I said im not paying extra!! I already paid! She threatened to call police and i told her to call them!! I already paid what u told me to and i left but you come after me and change the price again and im wrong?!! Its your fault u changed the price after i left!! I was beyond upset i went ahead and paid the $15 because i was getting aggitated and my daughters there. I told them i will never come back! I alao said i should of believed the bad reviews they had about the bad customer service and about them changing there prices. The receiptionst is aweful!! Real bad attitude. DONT GO HERE!! BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!!!

What a terrible experience i hadbut an excellent reminder as to why I no longer frequent this establishment again. I went in to have nail repair and 2 days later my nail broke down extremely far.

First time Lee Nails and I find the place to be very nice and friendly. Of course there was the dialogue in their own language but if you can get past that, it's a good place. Tran did my nails and she did an excellent job. I will certainly go back again.
