Had gone Before Holiday Enjoyed Pedicure And Manicure. My Nails did Have some Issues and Cracked Off. However when Going Back They Fixed Issues. Jaquline and Martha very Helpful. With Being Fair. Took Care of It Started Over With New Tech Don and New Nails. He was Super Sweet. Did A Great Job. Made sure I liked on One Nail First. Really Happy With Service And Staff. Thank You So Much Highly Recommend.Love The New Pink And White Ombré

Very professional and clean! Especially during the pandemic, they followed every protocol. I didn’t feel pressured into getting extra services as I did at other spas. Jacquline did an excellent job on my manicure And Hailey did a great job as well with my pedicure! I had VIP treatment from the time of my appointment and at the end. Everyone is genuinely friendly and welcoming. I referred my husband to them for a pedicure, and he loves them!

Pros
It's big, it's clean, very courteous, very professional.
Cons
Expensive (I paid $45 for a gel fill-in!! Maybe it's just me from out of state, but...)! Don't come during the weekends coz the wait is legit.
All in all, it wasn't a bad visit. I was promptly greeted at the door, sent to wash my hands and take my temp with a really cool machine. Waited 30 mins to get to a tech, who was great. This is the second place where the tech hasn't argued with me, or tried to tell me what's best for me. They constantly check on you to ensure you're alright, and offer you drinks as well. Not sure what my options were if I obliged, or if it would've been an extra charge, but I wasn't trying to take off my mask anyway. Checkout was a breeze, but unfortunately, that's when they tell you your bill (unless you ask earlier).
Overall, you be the judge.

I walked in and was greeted very kindly. As it is a pandemic they took all the necessary precautions which I appreciate. I was offered a beverage at entry which was very kind. My nail tech was Vi and she was amazing! She helped me pick out my powder color for my acrylic nails as I was getting ready for engagement photos the next day. She made great suggestions and helped me pick the perfect color. She was sweet and gentle but also quick and professional. I had a great experience and will definitely be returning.

I love this place just moved to this area. My hubby rearrange to get my nails done at this place. The front desk lady with so awesome, very nice, very attentive. I love her and I will be back. My nails came out awesome! DON ( the nail tech) put his twist of style, which I love my nails. I highly recommend this place. Thank yall!💕💫
