I haven’t been able to get my eyebrows done since quarantine started back in March. I live in Erie County and they have yet to go green, so I decided to make the short trip over to Ashtabula to FINALLY get my eyebrows waxed. I felt confident in my decision to pick this place as the reviews said that they do good eyebrow waxes here. I called and they said if I could get there by 5pm they could do them for me that night. I left work and rushed over the state line to get there. Im not sure who the girl is that did my eyebrows, but it was 5pm on Thursday 06/18/2020. I waited a few minutes while she finished up another client and then she took me back. I told her I typically like to keep my eyebrows pretty thick and showed her a picture of myself where my eyebrows were perfect and said “Id like them to look like this, but they just need cleaned up.” She said ok. We were chatting while she was doing them and when she finished, she showed me them. I was horrified and wanted to cry right then and there. SHE TOOK ALMOST MY ENTIRE EYEBROW OFF. There was no “clean up” job like I had asked. They are entirely too thin and NOT AT ALL like the picture I showed her. There is no thickness to them like I told her I wanted. It was the worst experience of my life and I cried the entire way home. Not only were they not at all what I wanted, but they were not even by any means. I told her I wasn’t happy at all and all she said was “im sorry, I tried.” Maybe this girl was new but if she didn’t feel confident in her ability to give me what I asked for, she should have just told me that instead of pretty much taking all of my eyebrow off and then saying she “tried.” I am absolutely appalled and will never recommend this place for an eyebrow wax to anyone.

Ariel did a great A line cut on my hair today. I will definitely go back to her. She was very precise and checked my layers multiple times to make sure they looked good.

I've been going here for roughly over a year. Paige is my go to girl to get my hair and eyebrows set right. I absolutely love this salon! The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. I recommend them to everyone!
