This place is THE BEST. The attention to detail is incredible, and the staff here are so nice and accommodating. Plus the ambience is relaxing, and the shop is incredibly clean. There are certainly MUCH cheaper manicures out there, but they won't look like this. Both times I've been here, my manicurist has checked each nail 5 or 6 times throughout the process, making sure everything comes out perfect. To me, it's well worth the extra money for this kind of service and end product. If you're looking for a great manicure, this is well worth it!

I love to support new businesses in my Area so I decided to try this place out. I spoke to my nail tech two or three times and she didn’t look up once to answer me. Maybe she didn’t hear me that’s possible, however she clearly heard the woman across the room that was speaking lower than I was. So that was a little uncomfortable for me. My daughter got her nails done for homecoming. When she came over to me it look like it was only one coat of nail polish you can see through in some areas. So I had her go back and fix them. Her nail technician complained to her why didn’t you tell me you didn’t like it she said it was good.I replied with my daughter doesn’t like to complain and I’m sorry if you’re uncomfortable with her getting them redone. (To be honest you could clearly see that they were not properly painted. My daughter should not have to tell her nail technician that she needs another coat of paint. It was obvious it needed it.) She continue to have an attitude and speak to the woman across the room complaining about it and was obvious that she was talking about the situation. I honestly don’t care if someone speaks another language around me but to stare at me and me daughter while doing it? Given the circumstances I just felt very uncomfortable. Lastly, Have only left a response on Google for a company twice (counting this time).It takes a lot for me to invest energy into the negativity. They were that rude.
Full transparency :The woman that did my pedicure was very kind and very good. I chose not to get her name because I have no intentions of going back. Also, my nail set was well done. The women there were just rude.

Two well manicured thumbs way up!! My new favorite nail place! I wanted a full set of gel nails with gel polish which is such an expensive manicure in the city. Well I finally found an excellent, clean, friendly & most importantly affordable salon. I'm so happy! I'll be trekking downtown to visit this salon very often. Thanks for the immaculate job!

I've gotten a pedicure here about ten times now, always a walk in, almost never a wait. Ask for the deluxe or stone pedicure. It costs $45 but its great, no matter which nail tech you get. Its normally about an hour from start to finish.

I'm a regular here and have consistently had a great experience. They are very thorough, take their time and my manicures (both gel and regular) really last! I've had a gel manicure for 4 weeks now and it hasn't chipped at all. The atmosphere is also very nice- it's spacious and quiet. I highly recommend Grand Nail Spa!
