I love this Friendly nails! I’m a pain in the butt client- never schedule an appointment and only do my nails every 5-6months and they still are so nice and always get me in right away.. Plus my nails always look AMAZING

I went to this place finding new one after leaving my nail shop in Ark. The people working there were not friendly. I always get acrylic overlays as my nails are in better shape and as long as acrylic on top. I had to tell him several times what I wanted that some were longer than others several instead of round were pointed all together 5 are crooked when he finally got to the polish i was unhappy with the way he talked to me. I had one missing an another cracked when I got there I knew they were charging extra for the one broken off but charged for the cracked one that he just did over it when he was doing polish asked me to pay then before he started polish told me 10 dollars more for acrylic..basically the dryer I always use that’s always included I told him no I wasn’t paying more than 48 dollars he charged me he polished an they were not pretty all I was told to do was sit at a round table I guess Uv I asked another worker to check them was told it would be over a hour before they wouldn’t be tacky!!! I haven’t had this bad of experience with any other place in the 16 years I’ve been getting nail done DONT ADVICE WAISTING $$ I have 2 nails that just fell off in less than 2 weeks since I got them

I have mixed feelings about this place. I felt a bit rushed up until the massage. My wife paid full price for a service when only got part of it. She got hot stones but no jelly and didn't want polish. The French on my toes are perfect and clean, the design on my toes are cute but the flower is a bit young for me. The parrafin, hot towel and massage was great. We did get complementary drinks. The polish didn't coat all of tips of my toe nails, still is cute. I tip well. When we go back I'll try a different person.
