My son just went in for a cut, worst cut ever on the easiest cut to do. I fixed it the best I could but it needs to grow in a little more before it can go back to the style he likes.

Usually a great place to get a haircut. Came in for 3 haofcuts and they were busy. I was told a 45 to 50 minute wait. I asked if I could go run an errand and return. They said no problem. Returned 70 minutes later to be told , how long were you told the wait would be, well you are late and your names were removed from the list and it will be at least another 25 minutes . Too bad no body with customer service was working today

Was just there. 9/26/17. 9am. Worst haircut ever. I asked for a buzz cut. How hard can that be? Hair is unevenly cut, her attitude sucked, she didn't even bother using the blow dryer to blow off the cut hair. I had to miss my dr appt so I could go home and take a shower and change my clothes. For $20.75? Never going back

I would like to warn the customers of this store. All the stylists are great and do a fine job. I have been going to this shop for almost 2 years. But there is one stylist named MICHELLE who has dark hair and a dark personality. DO NOT GET YOUR HAIRCUT FROM HER! I came in on Monday morning, told her to check the computer to see how I cut my hair. She refused. I then told her how I wanted my hair cut. I told her a # 4 clipper because I usually get a # 3. This day I did not want my hair too short. And just a trim on top because my hair on top is thinning. She DID NOT LISTEN! She proceeded to cut the sides fine, then used the clippers and SHAVED THE TOP OF MY HEAD! I told her to STOP! She did not listen and continued to shave my hair. I WAS FURIOUS and ANGRY! All she did was argue with me and said I wanted a # 4 all the way around! NOT TRUE! She did not even care about what she did! She did NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE and call the manager to see what could be done. She had a NO CARE ATTITUDE! DO NOT GET YOUR HAIRCUT FROM MICHELLE! SHE WILL RUIN OUR HAIR LIKE SHE DID MINE! She needs to be FIRED, before she does this to another person. Please be warned!

I have never been here before and after seeing their ratings and reviews I decided to make an appointment at 7. About half an hour later I asked if I could come in half an hour earlier. They told me I couldn't because they had people before me. And I said okay well don't you guys accept walk-ins and she said we do but we have people before you. And I was like okay well I'll just cancel my appointment. And she later said okay and just hung up on me. I guess they don't want my service! I think they could have handled my situation differently instead of being rude and hanging up on me.
