I’ve gone here for a few years to get pedicures and each time have had a positive experience. My feet always look great and the foot massage is wonderful!
I don’t think they do gel manicure so, I get them done elsewhere but when my nails need a break I have my natural nails taken care of here and have no complaints.

If you want to have your nails looking like a little kid played some kind of pretend to be a nail tech game with them that’s the place to go. I went there for a manicure and pedicure. Before going there I make sure to ask if the acrylic I had on from another nail salon could be removed, although I was told yes It took them about one hour to remove the acrylic. Aside from the foot massage that was okay, I was very disappointed by the fact that the lady who was doing my nail did not seem to know what she was doing at all. As for the mani, pedi she did not care to remove the cuticles and clean my nails properly before poorly covering them up with nail polish. There were so many areas that were missed and most of the tools that were used looked outdated. I am not one to leave reviews often but I was confused about the audacity that was displayed. Hopefully the reviews could be taken seriously.

I loved this place. I’ve gone here for my pedicure for years. I asked to just get a gel nail polish change and she did not take all of the existing nail polish off first and the color DID NOT COVER THE UNDER COLOR. I was visibly upset and my mom had to ask what was wrong when I proceeded to tell her I was upset she started saying that it wasn’t her fault and there were many layers which literally made no sense at all. ON TOP OF IT ALL I BROUGHT MY OWN NAIL POLISH. My mom had to ask her to fix it and instead of either A: fixing it and apologizing or B: Just not charging me and apologizing she basically was huffing and puffing like it was the largest inconvenience to her. She butchered my one nail and I asked her to stop. She charged me $25 for a miserable experience and kept my change without even asking me if I wanted it back. All and all I would never get May nails done here ever again. I am in the service industry I know what it’s like to have to right a wrong even if you feel like you didn’t do something wrong. I would have even let it go if she felt some kind of remorse at all but this experience really upset me.

Minhee did my gel manicure and it was a waste of $40. I asked for a small flower design, and the lady said that she can do it. First, she filed my nails crooked and many of them were jagged. I had to keep asking her to correct them. When it came time to do the design, she tried to use stickers and I had to tell her three times that I do not want it. She didn't even have liner brushes or anyting that she could have used to do the design. In the end I asked her to just do plane tips. She used the same brush she used to paint the whole nails, and it came out sloppy and messy. She tried to ignore it, and I had to keep asking her to make it cleaner and fix the shape. She started to give me an attitude, so I just paid for the sloppy nails and left. I will not be returning

I would give 0 if I could - got a pedicure, they did not remove the dry skin from the back of my feet, file my nails or remove cuticles, the whole pedicure lasted 15 minutes! Biggest scam - highly avoid unless all you need is someone to remove and apply nail polish.
