By far the worst place I've been to for acrylic nails. I went it and showed her a picture of what I wanted done. I asked for gel polish but she insisted that I get the powder acrylic in the colors I wanted, so I let her. I asked her to put an alien face, just two eyes and two little nostrils under. The first try she out three dots under the eyes, so I asked her to just do the two. She then removed the dot in the center of the three and made it worse, as it was a nose and the nostrils are not supposed to be so far apart. I asked her if she could fix them again and she refused. She she finished my putting the top coat on and drying them. I paid $43.00 for a job worth maybe $10.00. I didn't tip her and walked out with a chip on the top of my left middle finger, a jacked up design, and a bumpy uneven surface. I'm very unhappy with the work done here. Never going to pretty nails again.

I visited this nail salon while I was on vacation. It was my first experience getting a pedicure. There seemed to be at least 200 colors to choose from. I was really nervous at first but the man that worked on my nails was friendly and I was put at ease early on. His foot massage felt really great. I was with my mother and aunt and we all had great experiences. The visit lasted about an hour and included hot stones. Wow! I will definitely be back next time I'm in town. The prices are fantastic, too.

This has to be the worst place I've gotten my nails done. The woman applied one coat of polish to my nails, yet 3 coats of the same polish to my toe nails. The fact that the color doesn't match doesn't bother me as much as the fact that the lady who performed my service insisted they did and got very adamant about it. I wasnt in yhe mood to argue, or have her fix it, so i paid the 70 dollar bill which included her tip.

I had been coming to this establishment for about 5 years on and off to receive services for myself and daughter. I have always been respectful, and I generally have no qualms besides their insistence on speaking their language. They could be cursing you out, you would have no clue. Besides this, I am usually satisfied. However on May 6, I was extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service from this establishment. My daughter and I entered the establishment and spoke with a female employee regarding acrylic tips and pedicure for my daughter. This same employee has worked on my nails and eyebrows in the past. I told the employee that I would be leaving my daughter there to get her nails done. I asked about price, and paid with credit card. I signed her receipt. I was in a hurry and was happy to pay up front as I no time to stop and pay later. My daughter called me when her nails were done. I told her to meet me outside, as I had no time to go inside. I saw her in the doorway, and I kept wondering why my daughter was not able to walk past this same employee. This same female employee came to meet me outside while I'm in my car and told me that I did not pay. I told her that I did pay. I went inside quietly. She asked me for receipt. I realized I did not receive a receipt. She kept asking me who charged my card-I told her that she did, and I gave her details regarding the whole conversation, charged amount to my card, and situation with much details. In an accusatory tone, she swore she did not charge my card, and told me I did not pay, which by this time, everyone in the salon could hear our conversation. She kept looking through her receipts, and kept saying I did not pay, incredulous that I told her that she charged my card earlier. I told her that I was calling my credit card company-- Just when I placed call on speaker so she can hear the exact charge credited to the same establishment, she magically produced the receipt—I then pulled out my credit card and driver license, and showed her my name, last 4 digits of credit card, and time of day corresponded, corroborated her receipt and my story. I told her that I need copy of receipt since she did not give me a receipt earlier. She ignored me re: receipt. She still had a problem stating that I did not pay. Other employers by now came up to look at receipt, my credit card, and license. Lady in yellow, who I asked if she was the manager, spoke to her in their language. I waited patiently thinking it was a language barrier problem. Manager says to me in English that someone wrote on their signed copy of the receipt that 3 persons worked on my daughter’s nails and only 2 persons did. I explained to her the two services that I paid for, and that I paid before the service was even rendered.
So I’m there watching as they try to figure out their mistakes. I walk out on them still trying to figure it out and I expressed my disgust in a loud tone of being accused of not paying, even when I produced proof no apology which is the least that they could do. The manager’s response was, “ok with a blank clueless expression on her face.” No customer service. Embarrassment to myself and daughter. If the manager can allow an employee to speak to a customer in that harsh tone of voice, raise her voice, and repeatedly not give me the benefit of the doubt, then I will never come back to this establishment. I received recommendation for Bayside Nails across the street from there, and I will be going there from now on.

I've attempted to give this place a chance on numerous occasions. However, time and time again, their customer service is awful! The lady that sits in the front (first seat on the left) always has a negative attitude. I tried to explain to her what I wanted and she continually spoke over me.
I work with customers too so I know how stressful it can get. But when a customer is attempting to explain to you what they want, the rep is supposed to sit quiet and listen to the customer's concern.
