Owner of this nail salon is 100% unprofessional. She started my nails sanding them down to soak off my dip powder. She sanded so aggressively it hurt. I was also getting a pedicure she put me in a broken chair and made the water boiling hot. She was doing all of this while talking in her cell phone. And left me there for 15 minutes I was so annoyed I was seconds away from leaving. I said I'm leaving and thats when the other lady stepped in. I said I do not want the owner to do my nails at all. Thank god for the other lady I didn't catch her name but she did a wonderful job. I feel bad for the employee because the owner is a joke and has no clue about customer service or manners or any professionalism.

Most unprofessional place ever. The quality of there works isn’t no we’re near the price I paid. I wish I could post a picture of my nails, they are really lumpy. I’m really unsatified with the service. I should of listened too the reviews

I came here mothers day weekend. And the design I asked for was done horribly. But I didn't realize how bad until I was in the car and I had to get to a restaurant since it was the day before mothers day and we were celebrating. The owner RUSHED her job on me to accommodate another regular customer of hers. The customer was complaining she had somewhere to be. But I couldn't do much because I was in a hurry myself! Well 6 days later I finally got my work to let me leave early to get them fixed. I walk in and explain how she rushed me out the day I got them done. Trying to accommodate another customer quick. And that the lines I had were not what I expected. She got someone to fix them and then as I was leaving she MAKES me pay again! Owner said if I don't like I pay. I told her what she did and she still made me. I will never ever go back again. Very unprofessional. And my nails were not worth what I paid.

I have been getting my nails done for YEARS. My normal salon was closed, so I went here instead. The owner is rude & pushy. She ripped off my acryllic nails, making my real nails crack and bleed because she decided on her own to give me dip powder instead. THEN she charged me $10 for a take off i never asked for. LASTLY the color i chose happened to be mood changing, which required absolutely no extra effort & yet she again charged me another $5 for it. I went in expecting a $15 refill and left having spent $55!!!! INSANE!!! save your money, it’s not worth it!!

Not the worst nail salon I’ve been to but not the best either. The owner is the problem. She’s loud and careless unless you sr one of the people who she knows who have been seeing her for a long time. I went in a month ago to get a manicure and she talked me into trying the new dip powder. She never performed the manicure and my nails were mediocre at best because one of her regulars came in and she was rushing to finish my nails so she could turn her attention to the regular.
The other two ladies that I always see working with her are very nice and pretty good, so hence the 3 stars.
