I’ve been going to Onyx for several months now to have my nails done. They have always made time for me and make me feel special. A loud shout out to Annie and Alex!!! They both have their own individual special styles at what they do. Although I was very impressed yesterday with what Alex did for me yesterday, and it was very last minute. I highly recommend Onyx to anyone who wasn’t to have any pampering done...alone or with a group of friends!!!

Pretty bad experience, I went for the first time with my 9 y/o daughter and waited about 40 min for someone to attend my nexgen and pedicure and gel polish for my little daughter request when I just got in, the receptionist said they were available (just to try to keep the business I realized then) someone started to do my nails but not the other services that I requested so I decide to tell them that just the nexgen and my daughter gel polish because the wait we didn’t have enough time to do my pedicure that day, I made the comment about how regular nail polish never last in my daughter nails and she said gel polish would last at least two weeks (my daughter was exited because she was having her piano recital two days after) by next day her nails started to peel off ( she’s not a regular kid she’s so mature and was pretty careful with her nails) so the recital day she had nothing. I payed $25 for that service which is kind of pricey for a girl but I wanted something special for her so I paid it. I decide to stop by and let them know that the work that she had done wasn’t right because didn’t last even two days, so I was expecting a good feedback but the man that I think is the manager started to argue with me saying that my daughter was for sure playing and that was her fault that didn’t last, then he was saying that I was lying saying that the lady told me it would last two weeks he said that they cannot warranty that service because my daughter needed manicure to make it last, I said that no body told me about it and he was saying that my daughter needed a service that is $45!!! who will spend that amount of money in a little girl nails?? Well not me! The thing is that the reaction of that man wasn’t the one I would expect from a professional place he was fighting and raising his voice all the time, the lady who did the work was not responsible and maybe the only thing I was looking for was an apologize because my daughter was so disappointed her recital day, she’s just a kid! Instead she testified the bad reaction of that man.

CICi and Michael are the best. CICi is so nice and she did an AMAZING job with my nails! Go see CICi for your manicures and Michael for your pedicures ASAP! Best customer service I've had in a loooong time.

Love this place!!!!!! I’ve been there twice now!!! Eric the manager at Onyx Plano is just an amazing professional.....: the staff is beyond five stars ⭐️
